“GALVANO MACHINE”: a new system with higher environmental compatibility for the application of galvanic treatments on metal hardware.
“GALVANO MACHINE” is a new machine using a new, different form of energy, centrifugal force, for metal electrodeposition and for all other processing operations for metal hardware.
The basic principle of the “Galvano Machine” system is to perform all treatment in a centrifuge. The system includes as many stations as the core treatments; in each station, a specific application and the related washing are performed. For galvanising, for example, the following six stations are required:

1. Degreasing
2. Pickling
3. Electrodeposition
4. Chromate conversion
5. Top coat
6. Drying

Each station includes one or several buffer tanks for any alternative treatment: for example, for galvanising, buffer tanks for acid and alkaline galvanisation without cyanide can be set up, while for post-treatments it is possible to have buffer tanks for sealing and treatment application to meet the torque tension specifications.

The new “Galvano Machine” has several advantages:
