MAGNETIC CLEANER mod. 3000
Machine entirely made of stainless steel, used in the first phase of cleaning and polishing of microcast and laser printing. The needles, by turning quickly in the tank, hit the objects and without ruining them, make them clean and shiny. Using very small needles it is possible to reach those parts that cannot be reached by hand with a cleaning bench. This machine is equipped with a tilting system to facilitate piece unloading and a sieve for separations. Thanks to the digital panel, you can set the cycle time and inversion time, while the speed is set by a potentiometer.
This magnetic cleaner can be used with a tank MOD. 3000, 4 trays MOD. 500 or 6 trays MOD. 200.
