Ultrasonic system RHP for washing, rinsing and drying cycles.
New model High Power PUSH-PULL SYSTEM with cleaning tanks and rinsing tanks. The plant RHP is manufactured for a complete washing cycle. The plant RHP consists of ultrasonic tanks which are alternated with rinsing tanks and of a hot-air forced-circulation chamber. The casings are made of AISI 304 stainless steel; the tops and the tanks are made of AISI 316 stainless steel and the walls are welded in a controlled argon atmosphere; the termoregulated tanks and their covers are heat insulated; the heaters, which have AISI 316 stainless steel casings, are directly submersed in the baths for the maximum transfer of heat. The memory capacity of the self-learning repeater includes eight programmes of 250 steps each; it can control single or continuous working cycles; the high-definition sensors detect the position even when the trolley is shifted manually in case of a power failure; a microprocessor decodes the pulses of the photoelectric cells for the controls of the functions of the system; the operating cycles are programmed or modified by the operator by means of the keyer which is connected to the trolley.
