Our new industrial polishing bench is the result of a radical redesign, replacing the previous versions with a modern and minimalist aesthetic that serves as a unified platform for future developments.
Its clean and contemporary look is designed to blend harmoniously into even the most demanding workshops. The highly robust structure is made of painted carbon steel, ensuring strength and long-term durability, while the multilayer laminated wooden worktop provides a resistant surface with a pleasant tactile feel. This combination of materials gives the bench a refined and professional appearance.
The oversized protective enclosure—engineered to offer superior ergonomics—is also made of painted carbon steel and equipped with integrated LED lighting, as well as a protective glass panel that ensures excellent visibility during operation and easy cleaning. The compartmentalized, lockable side storage unit offers ample space for brushes and consumables, helping keep the workspace clean and well organized.

The bench is equipped with a CE-compliant emergency stop system that is easily accessible both from the control panel and via knee-operated switches at the workstation, ensuring maximum safety at all times. It features a 1.5 HP “NEBES” motor, available in both single-speed and electronic speed-control versions.
The extraction system has been engineered to guarantee a clean and safe working environment: powered by a 1.5 HP motor reaching 3000 RPM, it channels dust into a sealed compartment housing five highly efficient pocket filters, which are easily accessible for quick replacement.
