The new industrial polishing bench has been designed with a strong focus on versatility: as per LM tradition, customization options are plentiful, including optional accessories as well as aesthetic touches such as color selection.
Starting from the most common configurations—such as the RPM display—up to the smart lifting system paired with a dedicated smartphone app, this platform is in continuous evolution, also based on specific requests made directly by customers.

OVERSIZED PROTECTIVE CABINS – The protective cabins can be manufactured in standard or enlarged sizes, depending on the brushes most frequently used by the operator. These cabins can also be installed at a later stage if needed.

WORKTOP COLOR – The laminated multilayer worktop is offered in white as standard, but upon request it can also be manufactured in black or wood finish.

ADJUSTABLE LAMP – Standard protective cabins feature an integrated LED bar for workstation lighting, but it is also possible to request the installation of adjustable and dimmable lamps. Combined with large-window cabins, they allow the operator to adjust the direction and intensity of the light source based on the specific needs of each workpiece.

SUSPENDED MOTORS – Upon request, the motors can be installed in a suspended configuration, providing additional workspace and making daily cleaning of the work area much easier and faster.

SINGLE-BAG DUST COLLECTION – The bench is normally equipped with a compartment housing five pocket filters (two isolated compartments with five filters each in the double-bench version), however a version designed for use with a single dust-collection bag is also available.

SMART LIFTING SYSTEM – The single bench can be equipped with the smart lifting system: the telescopic legs can raise the worktop to a height of approximately 145 cm within seconds. This system is paired with a dedicated smartphone app that includes several features such as preset height memory, goal setting, and work-habit optimization tools.

ELECTRONIC SPEED CONTROLLER – The bench is supplied in its basic configuration with a simple ON/OFF switch, but one of the most appreciated optional features is the electronic speed controller, which allows the operator to precisely adjust the brush speed via a rotary knob with a 1–10 scale.

RPM DISPLAY – In combination with the electronic speed controller, the bench can also be equipped with a digital RPM display, allowing for even more accurate speed settings by the operator.
