Double Polishing Bench

Our new double industrial polishing bench is the result of a radical redesign, replacing the previous versions with a modern and minimalist aesthetic that serves as a unified platform for future developments.
Its clean, contemporary look is designed to integrate seamlessly into even the most demanding workshops. The highly robust structure is made of painted carbon steel, ensuring strength and long-term durability, while the multilayer laminated wooden worktop provides a resistant surface with a pleasant tactile feel. This combination of materials gives the bench a refined and professional appearance. The oversized protective enclosures—designed to offer superior ergonomics—are also made of painted carbon steel and equipped with integrated LED lighting, along with a protective glass panel that ensures excellent visibility during operation and easy cleaning.
The compartmentalized, lockable side storage units offer ample space for brushes and consumables, helping keep the work area tidy and well organized.

In its double configuration, the bench features fully independent controls for each workstation, maximizing productivity and efficiency. The CE emergency stop system is easily accessible both from the control panel and through knee-operated switches at each workstation, ensuring maximum safety at all times. It is equipped with independent 1.5 HP "NEBES" motors, available either in a single-speed version or with an electronic speed controller.
The extraction system has been engineered to guarantee a clean and safe working environment: Equipped with 1.5 HP motors reaching 3000 RPM, the system channels dust into separate sealed compartments housing high-efficiency pocket filters. These filters are easily accessible, allowing for fast and simple replacement.
