VENTILATED OVEN DRIER MOD. FHP 25/50/80/100

The FHP hot air forced circulation driers are devices designed to complete the washing cycles of the pieces in the same way as washing machines, allowing top-loading of baskets or frames used in the previous phases, thus avoiding handling pieces required with other drying systems. The operating temperature must be adjusted according to the metal (e.g.: gold=150-200°C, silver=130-160°C, brass=120-150°C), but above all, the type of pieces to be dried. Before drying, it is essential to remove any salt residue by efficiently rinsing the pieces with demineralised water to prevent the formation of calcareous stains.
