MICROHYDROSANDBLASTER MOD. LM S1N – wet

This water spray micro sandblaster is a novelty as alternative to the traditional dry sandblasting. In addition to the classic sandblasting effect, the piece is completely cleaned due to the total absence of abrasive dust. Also, the piece can be touched with fingers without the risk of leaving streaks or oxidation that would force additional sandblasting. Furthermore, sandblasting is very clear and clean. The microhydrosandblaster can operate with abrasive which can vary from 60 to 320 grain, regardless of the type of abrasive (aluminium oxide, glass-glass microspheres, silicon carbide).

The machine is suitable for four operations:

• Water spray and abrasive processing
• Dry processing only with abrasive
• Piece cleaning with water spray
• Piece drying with air

The box is made of stainless steel sheet and contains:

• Extraction system
• LED lamp
• Cap on bottom for water and abrasive drain
• Water cylinder, abrasive cylinder, pressure regulator, pressure gauge
• Interchangeable gloves
